Here is some useful information to help you organise your stay with peace of mind.
Four days before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need for your stay: the code for the main door and the code for the key safe.
The building is located in the city centre, in the courtyard of the Town Hall. Access to the building is via Rue du Sel. Take this one-way street, which starts between the Town Hall and the Société Générale bank.
You can stop in the car parks on your left, along the Town Hall, to unload your luggage and settle in at L’Écrevisse, but you cannot park there.
When you reach the Hôtel Restaurant du Cygne, you will see a barrier on your left. Enter this courtyard. The L’Écrevisse building is at the back of the courtyard.
There are numerous free parking spaces within a 2-minute walk (Quai Anselmann, Quai du 24 Novembre, Place de la Foire-Rue de la Chaîne and Rue du Tribunal).
As in a hotel, the beds are made, and the bathrooms are equipped with towels and shower gel. Linen is provided for the duration of your stay. You are responsible for making the bed.
Breakfast is served at the REBERT patisserie, 7 place du marché aux choux, every day except Monday from 8am to 11am, indoors or outdoors. You can make your reservation at patisserie@rebert.fr. There are three options detailed on the Practical Information page.
Yes. The building has a ground-floor room where you can store your bikes safely and dry. There is also a device for recharging batteries.
